Nationwide Youth Art and Poetry Competition
Animal Aid invites you to take part in its fourth nationwide youth art and poetry competition 2012.
Who can take part?
The competition is divided into three year groups:
- Year 7
- Year 8
- Year 9
What do you have to do?
Each year group has its own theme:
Year 7 - Caring for animals
Year 8 - Factory farming
Year 9 - Animals in captivity
You can submit any form and size of poetry or art.
When is the deadline?
30th March 2012
Where do I send the completed work?
All entries should be clearly marked on the back with your name, year group, age and address.
Entries should be sent to: Art and Poetry Competition, Animal Aid, The Old Chapel, Bradford Street, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1AW.
Can I have the work sent back to me?
If you would like your entry returned after the competition, please state so clearly either in an accompanying letter or on the back of the entry.
What are the prizes?
Prizes include an ipod and digital camera
Will there be a display of winning entries?
Yes, they will be displayed at a ceremony in London where the winners will be awarded their prizes.
Media?
With permission, details of the winning and commended entries will be press released to your local media.
